2522 Santa Clara Ave Alameda, CA 94501 Good restaurants serve good food up until closing. I dropped by Casa Revolucion Taqueria at 15-mins before closing on a Thursday night. I ordered one of my favorite takeout dishes: Large Combo- Two Enchiladas (Grilled Chicken), w/ Rice and Beans. ($14.25). My order took about 10-mins. When I got it home, that food was hot and fresh. Creamy refried beans, fluffy rice, and tasty enchiladas with mild salsa and crema. The food wasn't salty or super spicy. They use better takeout containers now, instead of the old clam shell type that leaked. Portions seemed slightly larger than before. Always a good meal at a fair price.

I really appreciated the balance of ingredients--not too much rice or beans--and every bite had a good amount of carne asada. The burrito was flavorful on its own, but I enhanced it with their self-serve sauces available in the corner of the restaurant. Adding a bit of spice made the burrito even tastier. For the price, I'd say the portion size and flavor are well worth it. I've also heard great things about their Taco Tuesday specials, which my friend frequently enjoys and highly recommends. I'd definitely like to try that one day. The service was very fast, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
I eat food that I normally cannot find back home in Hawaii. Casa Revolucion Taqueria was suggested to me, "They are more authentic." I placed my order on line, very easy process. Paid, the food was ready really fast. They have a few tables inside and a couple of tables outside. There is a condiment bar with salsa and other toppings. The food is good and definitely a repeat. Give them a try.
We found this spot on a whim. It's a small little spot with a couple spots to eat outside on the sidewalk. Nothing too special. The staff is friendly enough and the food was good. I wouldn't say I'm in a rush to come back for what I got which was two cheese enchilada and a chicken quesadilla. Honestly the food for the most part was 3 stars but the reason I gave them the extra star is because the chips are sooo crisp and delish! When I say I could eat an entire large bag of them I mean it! I'll be back for the chips again soon and take them to go!
